Order Processing Schedule
We process and fulfill orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping and tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed and fully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day will have their processing time counted from the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will have processing time counted from the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will have processing time begin on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on external factors.
Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within Spain.
Shipping Fees
- Orders under €99.9: Shipping fee is €9.99.
- Orders of €99.9 or more: Free shipping applies.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order information.
Address Modification
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipping, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
