Order Cancellation Policy

 

Introduction

1. Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our customer service channels. In this case, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid at no cost to you.

2. Cancelling Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return process after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions provided with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Refund Process
Processing Time – Once we receive your cancellation request and it has been approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Refund Method – Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used to place the order.
